Assign the term of office to the Chinese president. Test and prove your knowledge of China, learn and become a political expert!
The People's Republic of China has been the state president since 1954. This office has a representative function similar to that of the Federal President in Germany, since the head of state with the highest political decision-making power is the Secretary General of the Communist Party. Some state presidents had already held both offices and were therefore particularly powerful. For the President, the minimum age is 45 years, as the maturity and experience for this important office is not yet considered as given before. The presidents remain in office for five years before they can be replaced by new elections. A re-election is also possible.
